Terms and Conditions of Sale – Foot Medic Instruments
By purchasing from Foot Medic Instruments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Quality
All our instruments are manufactured to high professional standards and are intended for use by trained clinicians. Each item is inspected prior to dispatch.
2. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:

The buyer must notify us of any issue within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be sent back at the buyer's expense.

Items must be unused or in as-new condition, and include original packaging where possible.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered after inspection by our team and are granted at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

Instruments show signs of misuse, poor maintenance, or improper sterilisation.

Instruments have been damaged due to deviation from our Instrument Care Guidelines (see below).
3. Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty on inspection and the fault is unrelated to misuse or poor care, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Please note that surface rust, pitting, or dulling due to inadequate cleaning, drying, or lubrication is not covered under warranty.
4. Delivery & Liability
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Once shipped, liability for any delays or damage rests with the courier. Please check your parcel on arrival and notify us of any visible damage immediately.
